• Office CLOSED for payments, open for enquiries, eggs etc.

• DOGS - We are very happy for you to bring dogs with you on your holidays.  However, please note all dogs, regardless of behaviour must be kept on a lead at all times whilst staying with us.

• ELECTRIC VEHICLES - Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited throughout the site.

• All facilities FREE to customers.

• Online booking available for non-storage customers.

• As of 2024 we are closed all of January (2.1.24) and February.

• Upon arrival, pitch caravans & tents central to pitch numbers. No signing in required, we will see you have arrived.

• Over Bank Holidays pitch numbers will be allocated, details on notice board at site entrance.

• All balances to be paid before arriving, by debit card or BACs.

• Deposit required for online bookings, Bank Holidays & Popular weekends. Deposits non-refundable.

• Storage Customers (those storing caravans on site) Cancellations - we must be advised 48hrs in advance or you will be charged for all nights booked, plus electric & towing fees. Should you depart earlier than planned all booked nights must be paid for.

• Visitor Customers (those who do not store their caravans on site) Cancellations - If you cancel your booking you will lose the full amount of deposit paid when you made your booking.  Stays cut short must be paid for in full (you must pay for what you booked).

• Please note that although we endeavour to keep our price lists up-to-date, our prices are subject to change without notice.

• NEW HEIGHT RESTRICTION BARRIER IN FORCE BETWEEN 8pm - 7.30am. Permanently lowered in winter so no access into site for vehicles over 7'.  For emergency access come to house for key.

• Office closed Sundays.  NO ACCESS to compound on sundays.

• No time limit to depart on your final day (unless on the first day of a Bank Holiday).

• 2 night minimum stay.

• For Bank Holidays a minimum 3 night stay is required, increased rate applicable for the Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon of that holiday weekend.  Including Xmas & New Year.

• Towing charges £9.00 each way for minimum 2 nights.

• Towing charge one way £13.00 for collecting vans off grass/placing ready to collect.

• Dogs welcome but must be kept on lead and cleaned up at all times even in field. 

• Barbeques permitted but must be raised so not to burn grass.

• Parents please remember we are a very busy working farm so children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES especially when visiting toilet and shower block.

• Persons making nuisance will be asked to leave immediately with no exceptions.

• Respect other customers with distance and noise levels after dusk.
